Nathan Pearce is the Founder and CEO of Pearce Bespoke Franchising, the first mobile custom clothing franchise, and a lifelong entrepreneur who has spent his career building businesses in the apparel industry. He launched his first clothing company while still in college and, by his twenties, had acquired a manufacturing facility from L.L. Bean, leading hundreds of employees and gaining national attention after appearing on Shark Tank.

Known for his vision and relentless drive, Nathan has outfitted celebrities, athletes, and executives around the world with custom clothing. Today, he leads the rapid expansion of Pearce Bespoke Franchising while living in Baton Rouge, Louisiana with his incredible wife, Anne, and their two daughters, Eliza and Lucy.

Shafik Mina is the President of Pearce Bespoke, where he guides the brand’s strategic growth and international expansion while remaining deeply committed to the craftsmanship, personal service, and attention to detail that define the Pearce Bespoke experience.

A seasoned entrepreneur and business leader, Shafik brings more than two decades of experience building and scaling brands across global markets. Having conducted business in over 30 countries, he is recognized for his ability to combine strategic vision with disciplined execution developing strong teams, refining operational excellence, and positioning brands for sustainable growth.

Prior to joining Pearce Bespoke, Shafik served as President and co-owner of Mad Science Group and co-founder of Crayola Imagine Arts Academy, helping grow the organizations into internationally recognized leaders in children’s enrichment with operations spanning more than 20 countries. Under his leadership, these brands expanded globally while maintaining a strong commitment to quality, creativity, and exceptional customer experiences.

Shafik is also the Founder and CEO of Cnyrgy Capital and Cnyrgy Franchise Consulting, firms dedicated to helping emerging brands scale intelligently and expand internationally through strategic partnerships and franchising.

A lawyer by training and entrepreneur at heart, Shafik brings a rare blend of legal insight, operational leadership, and entrepreneurial perspective to Pearce Bespoke. His passion for excellence and belief that enduring brands are built on authenticity, craftsmanship, and exceptional client experiences align seamlessly with the philosophy that defines Pearce Bespoke.

Shafik holds law degrees in both civil and common law and is a member of the Quebec and Ontario Bars. He is also a Certified Franchise Executive (CFE).

Drake Linarte is the Vice President of Operations at Pearce Bespoke, where he oversees the company’s operational strategy and execution as the brand continues its rapid growth. Since joining the company two years ago, Drake has played a pivotal role in strengthening internal systems, optimizing processes, and supporting the expansion of Pearce Bespoke’s mobile custom clothing platform. In his role, he leads several core departments including technology, support, recruitment, and training and development, helping ensure the right infrastructure and teams are in place to support franchise partners and deliver an exceptional client experience.

With an extensive background and a degree from the University of Utah in Operations and Supply Chain Management, Drake brings a disciplined, solutions driven approach to building efficient operations, scalable processes, and the operational foundation needed to support Pearce Bespoke’s continued national and international expansion.

Nathanael Millhouse serves as Director of Franchise Development at Pearce Bespoke, where he focuses on expanding the brand’s franchise network and helping entrepreneurs build successful businesses. With more than 20 years of experience working with multi unit organizations, Nathanael brings a strong background in franchise development, operations, and strategic growth.

Before joining Pearce Bespoke, Nathanael served as Clinical Director and Fractional Chief Development Officer for NexGenEsis Healthcare until October 2025. Over the course of his career across the healthcare, automotive, and retail industries, he has developed a reputation for helping brands grow while supporting franchise owners with the systems, guidance, and strategy needed to succeed.

Some of Nathanael’s key accomplishments include helping scale a pet care brand to 24 salons across 11 states in just 18 months, leading initiatives that generated more than $5 million in system revenue and delivered 17 percent year over year growth, and launching a medical concept that resulted in the sale of 15 clinics within 11 months. He has also played a major role in improving onboarding and training programs, helping new owners accelerate revenue growth and shorten their startup timelines through hands on coaching and operational support.

Nathanael holds an MBA from Webster University and is passionate about helping entrepreneurs pursue business ownership through a practical, results focused approach.
